Our Commitment We take pride in every handcrafted product we make. If you're not completely satisfied, we want to make it right.
Unopened Products We accept returns on unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at hello@bubblefreshskin.com with your order number.
Opened/Used Products Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. However, if you experience an adverse reaction or receive a damaged/defective item, please contact us within 7 days and we'll work with you on a solution (replacement or store credit).
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange unopened products for a different item of equal value within 30 days.
