i am building bubble fresh to be a brand with natural, non-toxic products including the bathing accessories. so far we have dry brushes which are amazing by the way. i have a personal story about this coming soon. so i been sourcing some natural sponges/loofahs/towels all that stuff. now let me tell you about one supplier that i came across.

i found a ghana supplier that sells authentic african net sponges. ghana is one of the origins of african net sponges. i was browsing this supplier’s ig page and decided to dm them. im all about good customer service but they had poor communication. one word answers everytime i inquired. that actually lost my trust. she wasnt making suggestions or acknowledging any requirements, nothing. the order link only had two color options so i asked for brown or black, which wasnt on the order page. surprisingly she showed me a video of a black, a brown, and a beige, holding them all in a bundle. i thought they would be the perfect combination of colors to stock for bubble fresh. but that wasnt enough. i asked so many questions and i didnt feel comfortable investing. am i over thinking this? 

all i can think of , she dont want to say too much because it might be a scam. as if she is not offering no product so that when i send the money she can disappear because she made no claim.

anyways, what do you think about the shower towels? should i stock them or find a trustworthy supplier for the net sponges??
